We have been trying our hardest to work out as often & best we can because we really want to be in shape for Cancun this December…it’s a struggle because it’s either too hot or raining since we are in monsoon season still here and the motivation is lacking. I know a healthy fit body is great and all, but I’d rather have a beer after work or a glass of wine…AKA not helping my case here. Thanks for the motivation! xx, adaatude.com

  7. Hubby and I are currently discussing healthier choices in our daily living. He wants to walk outdoors. I want to do workouts inside. So far we’ve went walking once.
