Biohacking Our Way To Less EMF Effects with Somavedic

So what is biohacking? My definition is “the attempt to positively alter your brain and body in order to optimize performance, outside the sphere of traditional medicine.”

Now… let’s talk about Somavedic!

Months ago, I happened to come across the brand Somavedic when searching for new, healthy-tech products. I was immediately intrigued with their website stating, “Feel Better. Live Better. Experience the unique combination of frequency therapy and natural science at your home or office.” 

As you may know, the earth has an equivalent of a heartbeat which is a measurable frequency called the Schumann Resonances. (Source: NASA) The main Schumann Resonance hovers around 7.83 hz., which puts your brainwaves closest to the Alpha state in the chart below. You can see that puts us in a natural state of “peak performance.”

However, with all of the added frequencies in our electronics (EMFs), radio frequencies, other forms of radiation, and natural causes beyond our control (and even in our control), our personal frequencies can change for the worse. This could mean, being in the “high beta” state of anxiety and stress. With all that being said, I wanted to help our bodies recover from all those negative influences and was willing to give Somavedic a try! 

How does Somavedic work? 

It’s been over two months since we’ve first plugged in our Somavedic Medic Green Ultra device. And honestly, we’ve noticed changes since Day 1. 

When I initially opened the box and plugged it in, I started feeling some slight detox symptoms. Thankfully, I went through all the information inside the box and found a note from the Somavedic team stating that detox symptoms are completely normal. Some people have them, some don’t.  I decided that I’d keep the Somavedic unplugged for an evening before I turn it on again since they stated it still works, but at less strength, when it’s not plugged in.

The next morning, we turned it on and neither Kevin nor I had any symptoms. In fact, that day, we felt more peace/calm in our home and the girls’ fighting (ages 3 & 5) nearly stopped completely! We were in awe. We also started noticing that all four of us wear having very vivid dreams. For a long time, I couldn’t remember my dreams, neither could Kevin. The first evening we used it, we all started having very vivid dreams! 

The girls’ seemed to have fewer tantrums and were able to talk through issues that previously they weren’t able to explain. It seemed to give all of us clearer thinking to help us problem-solve easier. 

Another interesting thing that we noticed is that our pups seem to gravitate towards the Somavedic. I’ve heard other pet owners say the same thing. I believe they feel the calm it brings them and they prefer to be located next to it. 

The Somavedic is designed to harmonize wavelengths that are beneficial to your health. It does this through the controlled release of energy from specifically selected precious and semi-precious stones inside the glass unit. By doing so, it mitigates the negative effects of EMF radiation (4G/5G, wifi, phones), geopathic zones (stress), viruses, bacteria, parasites, molds, and free radicals. Water Harmonization / Water Restructuring

According to many researchers, water has a natural structure that is vital for human health. Ideally, we would all be drinking water directly from the source: flowing rivers and springs. But when it lays stagnant in bottles or pipes, it loses its structure along with the energy and enhanced hydration it originally had. The Somavedic structures water very easily. Many people leave their water next to the Somavedic for only 15 min. Others leave their water next to the device overnight. I do taste a difference when I structure my water with Somavedic!

Significant Improvement of Blood Sedimentation

Last, but not least, I really found this finding very interesting! After having subjects exposed to Somavedic for only 90min, their blood showed a significant improvement of sedimentation and they felt rested and fit. Previously, their blood showed sedimentation of erythrocytes of different stages and malfunction of regulation. See images below! Wow!!
